Tim J. Harlan

Tim Harlan has over 33 years of distribution and consulting experience with demonstrated success in process development and operations management. He has held a variety of challenging positions in design, development and implementation of material handling systems, as well as project management, and distribution center operations.

Prior to joining Sedlak, Tim worked at Blair Corporation, and served 10 years as director of operations. His responsibilities included improving and expanding distribution services for the company’s 850,000 sq. ft. national order fulfillment center. Tim’s expertise also includes the design and implementation of large-scale automated material handling systems with an emphasis on transition management and integration with order, labor and warehouse management systems.
