Ned Sedlak has served in a pivotal role of executive vice president and now principal, providing executive-level direction and project management leadership for major clients in the hard and soft goods industries. His expertise includes statistical analysis, material handling systems for highly mechanized distribution environments, field supervision, productivity analysis, and business case development for capital investment.
