Brian Neale joined Sedlak in 1994 and has broad experience in the successful alignment of operational procedures, labor resource utilization, material handling equipment, delivery vehicle utilization and information systems technology to support business requirements and performance objectives.
Brian has been directly involved in the design and layout of new and retrofit facilities and material handling systems. He has also managed facility constructions and equipment installations, and provided in-field supervision for the implementation of a wide spectrum of information systems. Brian specializes in the development of material handling interface messaging between warehouse management systems (WMS) and warehouse control systems (WCS), and the preparation and execution of transition and conversion plans. Brian’s work experiences focus on high-volume, customer service intensive operations within the direct-to-consumer, retail, wholesale and third-party logistics industries.
