Congratulations to Patrick Sedlak, who recently received an award in recognition of his volunteer role on MHI’s Roundtable Advisory Committee. “Your leadership and service to this organization have been invaluable as we continue down the Road to 2025 and beyond,” said friend and CEO George W. Prest, who presented the award.
MHI is the largest material handling, logistics, and supply chain association in the United States. Its mission is to showcase the products and services of its member companies and to educate industry professionals on material handling and logistics solutions.
The Roundtable Advisory Committee manages the business and affairs of MHI, which includes trade shows, membership matters, committees, affiliated trade associations, and councils. MHI owns and operates Promat and Modex, two leading supply chain trade shows that are held on alternating years.
Patrick Sedlak, a Principal at Sedlak Supply Chain Consultants, is a longtime contributor to MHI. Elected to the Roundtable Advisory Committee in 2011, Sedlak has served on the MHI Board of Governors and the MHI Directors At Large. He has also served on various MHI committees and attended member meetings, roundtable events, trade shows, and more.
“It has been my honor and pleasure to serve on the MHI Board of Governors these past eight years,” says Sedlak. “The people I have met during my tenure are some of the best in the industry, and I value the insights I’ve gained through them. I hope I have also added some value to the organization and its mission to facilitate collaboration and enhance supply chains through material handling solutions.”
Sedlak will finish his current term on the advisory committee at the end of this year.
