In fulfillment, it begins with building a solid base of data that can encompass tools like value stream mapping, vendor compliance programs and essential KPIs. You need to understand the role of simulation in modeling excellence as well as recommended best practices. And it all needs to be capped by Investigating, evaluating and Integrating new technologies.
